To All Applicants for Poly Unit Agent Position
Dear Prospective Applicant,
We warmly welcome you and appreciate your interest in applying for the Poly Unit Agent position under the Frankly International Training Enterprise (FITE) Statewide Data Capture and Profiling Project.
This initiative is designed to generate credible and structured data on farmers and traders at the Poly Unit level to support inclusive planning, access to interventions, and sustainable community development.
To ensure clarity and full understanding, kindly take note of the following important details regarding the engagement:
1. Nature of the Job
a. The role is field-based and involves the collection of accurate data on farmers and traders within your assigned Poly Unit.
b. Data capture will be conducted using:
i. An Android smartphone, or
ii. Manual hard-copy data capture forms, which must later be correctly transmitted and uploaded via the official FITE web platform.
2. Payment Structure
a. Payment is strictly performance-based.
b. There is no fixed monthly salary.
c. Monthly earnings depend on the total number of data entries that are:
i. Successfully submitted,
ii. Verified,
iii. Accurate, and
iv. Approved at the end of each month.
d. Only validated, complete, and error-free data will qualify for payment.
3. Duration of Engagement
a. The engagement will last for six (6) months.
b. Payments will be made monthly, based on verified performance for each month.
4. Data Capture Registration Fee (Beneficiaries)
a. Each farmer or trader registered under the project is required to pay a ₦200 data capture registration fee.
b. This fee is strictly for the reproduction of data capture forms and associated field transportation/logistical expenses.
c. Agents are only permitted to collect the approved ₦200 from beneficiaries—no additional charges are allowed.
d. Agents must manage this process transparently and in strict compliance with FITE guidelines.
5. Agent Validation Fee
a. Every prospective agent is required to pay a ₦3,000 (Three Thousand Naira) validation fee.
b. This fee covers background verification, documentation review, system onboarding, and administrative processing.
c. Payment of the validation fee is mandatory and forms part of the screening and approval process.
d. Payment of the validation fee does not automatically guarantee final deployment, as approval is subject to successful validation and management clearance.
6. Refund Policy
a. All payments made, whether for agent validation or data capture registration forms, are strictly non-refundable.
b. Applicants and agents are advised to ensure full understanding of the project terms before making any payment.
7. Expectations from Applicants
a. High level of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism.
b. Willingness to comply with project guidelines and timelines.
c. Ability to engage respectfully with community members.
d. Basic digital literacy, especially for agents using Android devices.
e. Strict adherence to FITE operational policies and ethical standards.
8. Important Notice
a. Submission of an application and payment of the validation fee do not constitute automatic employment or deployment.
b. Only applicants who meet all requirements and receive formal approval will be engaged.
