Mr. Nathaniel Frankly Titus – General Director: Nathaniel Frankly Titus is the founder and visionary leader of The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee, with extensive experience spanning education, community development, youth empowerment, and sustainable agriculture. 
As General Director, he provides strategic direction, articulates the organization’s vision, and spearheads innovation and program expansion. Under his leadership, The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee has developed a reputation for impactful community interventions, bridging gaps in skills acquisition, enterprise development, and sustainable livelihoods. 
His role includes overseeing organizational strategy, fostering partnerships, mentoring staff, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the mission of empowering individuals and transforming communities.  
Mr. Jonathan K. U – Director Legal Matters: Mr. Jonathan K. U leads The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee’s legal and compliance functions, ensuring that all programs, operations, and partnerships adhere to national and international legal frameworks. 
He oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical oversight, providing critical guidance on legal matters affecting the organization. His expertise safeguards the organization against operational and reputational risks, ensures accountability, and supports transparent decision-making processes. 
In addition, he provides counsel on contracts, agreements, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, ensuring that The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee operates with integrity and in full compliance with applicable laws.  
Mr. Solomon Jonathan – Director of Partnership: Mr. Solomon Jonathan drives The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee’s collaborations, international partnerships, and strategic alliances.  
His role focuses on resource mobilization, technical capacity building, and expanding the organization’s reach to new communities and stakeholder groups. By identifying and cultivating relationships with governmental agencies, development partners, NGOs, and private sector entities, he strengthens program sustainability and enhances the organization’s ability to deliver impactful initiatives.  
His work ensures that The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee remains at the forefront of innovative solutions and leverages external expertise and resources for maximum community benefit.  
Mr. Newsman Solomon – Director of Administration: Mr. Newsman Solomon is responsible for the operational management of The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee, including human resources, logistics, institutional efficiency, and administrative systems.  
He ensures the smooth implementation of programs, efficient utilization of resources, and adherence to organizational policies. His leadership guarantees that day-to-day operations are executed effectively, staff are supported and trained, and institutional processes are optimized for performance. By maintaining operational excellence, he enables other departments to focus on program delivery and strategic growth without administrative bottlenecks. 
Mrs. Victoria Haman David – Director of Programmes: Mrs. Victoria Haman David oversees all The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee training programs, capacity-building initiatives, research projects, and impact evaluation. She ensures that programs are strategically designed, evidence-based, and aligned with the organization’s mission to empower individuals and communities.  
Her responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, ensuring measurable impact, and refining initiatives based on feedback and performance data. She also guides curriculum development, staff training, and innovation in program delivery, ensuring that The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee’s initiatives are effective, scalable, and sustainable.  
Mrs. Naomi Dauda – Director of Finance: Mrs. Naomi Dauda leads the financial management and stewardship of The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee. She is responsible for overseeing budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and resource allocation, ensuring the organization’s funds are managed transparently and efficiently.  
Her role includes developing financial strategies, monitoring cash flow, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. Under her leadership, The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee maintains financial integrity and sustainability, supporting program expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic investments. 
Naomi also advises the Board on financial risk management, funding opportunities, and investment planning, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized to achieve organizational objectives. Her expertise in financial planning and governance strengthens accountability, builds donor confidence, and ensures that The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee’s programs are adequately funded and financially sustainable.
