The Frankly International Training Enterprise Limited by Guarantee has its roots in Frankly Bilachi International College, founded by Pastor Nathaniel Frankly Titus, focusing on grassroots education and human capacity development. Over time, the founder realized that education alone could not solve complex challenges such as youth unemployment, rural poverty, agricultural inefficiency, and lack of enterprise opportunities.

The organization’s vision expanded to include:
